Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between the seller and buyer in the sale of goods through the online store www.irobotrade.com. Seller: Novo Trade Group s. r. o. 2.1 The buyer orders goods through the electronic order form, email, or telephone. 2.2 Submitting an order is considered a proposal to conclude a purchase contract. 2.3 The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller. 2.4 The seller reserves the right to reject an order in case of unavailability of goods or obvious price errors.

3.1 All prices on the website are in EUR and include VAT (23%). 3.2 We accept the following payment methods: - Bank transfer - Cash on personal collection - Invoice payment (for business customers) 3.3 For bank transfers, goods are shipped only after payment is credited to the seller's account.

4.1 Delivery time is usually 5-15 working days from order confirmation, depending on product availability. 4.2 Goods can be delivered by courier or collected in person. 4.3 Shipping costs are stated in the order and depend on the size and weight of the goods. 4.4 Risk of damage to goods passes to the buyer upon receipt.

5.1 All goods come with a warranty in accordance with the law - 24 months for consumers. 5.2 The warranty period starts from the day the buyer receives the goods. 5.3 Complaints must be submitted in writing to the seller's address or by email. 5.4 The seller will resolve the complaint within the legal period of 30 days.

6.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from receipt of goods. 6.2 To exercise the right to withdraw, contact us at: info@irobotrade.com 6.3 Goods must be returned in original condition, undamaged, and in original packaging. 6.4 The seller will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. 6.5 The right to withdraw does not apply to goods made according to customer specifications.

8.1 These Terms and Conditions are effective from January 1, 2024. 8.2 The seller reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. 8.3 Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the Slovak Republic. 8.4 In case of disputes, the courts of the Slovak Republic have jurisdiction.
